Job Description
Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is looking for an IT Support Engineer with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team player perspective. Must have exceptional problem solving skills, an aptitude for critical thinking, and be able to maintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations. The successful IT Support Engineer will work on end user support, project management, acquisitions, and new site implementations simultaneously. They will understand and adhere to HIPAA policies, procedures, and regulations to assure patient confidentiality.
***May consider a remote assignment for the right candidate. Must live in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho***
Schedule: Weekdays and potential weekends. On call rotation. Normal office hours with some nights as needed.
Wage Range: $55,000 - $68,000 per year DOE

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Service Desk technical support.
- User account maintenance and support.
- End user, PC, and Peripheral support.
- PC setup and imaging
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Repair, installation, and maintenance of computer hardware. Supporting Software applications in a remote desktop environment.
- Support end users via telephone or in person Software installation, upgrades, migration, maintenance.
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Listen closely to end user problems to aid in trouble shooting.
- Ability to prioritize multiple issues and determine appropriate order of response.
- Willingness to expand skillset and experience.
- Participate in On-call rotation to support 24/7 operation of sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- The ideal applicant will meet at least 70% of the criteria listed below:
- CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.
- Understanding of virtualization technologies; Citrix, VMWare or Hyper-V desired.
- A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
- Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues.
- Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length.
- Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
- Experience with Service Desk software to include documentation of resolutions steps and time spent on resolving issues.
- Understanding of Remote Desktop clients and experience providing end user support to remote employees.
- Formal Education in computer technology or 2+ years of computer and software support in a business environment.

General Physical Requirements
Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs. Occasional lifting of 30-60 lbs.
- Occasional-to-regular kneeling, bending, stooping to perform installations.
Work Environment: Work is performed in an office environment. Involves frequent contact with staff.
