Job Description

This application developer would be responsible for integrating our Workday environment with third-party systems for our 15,000+ associates.  The successful candidate will collaborate and communicate effectively across IT,HR and Finance. We seek a bright, motivated professional who wants to join our growing organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration codebase to include Studio, EIB, and 3rd party vendor coding
  • Develop and document requirements ,functional specifications, test conditions and conduct acceptance testing
  • Develop Workday custom reports and enhancements as needed
  • Develop and execute unit and system test plans
  • Drive cross-team design and development via technical leadership and mentoring
  • Solve complex business problems integrating the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of areas
  • Provide support for all integrations in our Workday tenant
  • Utilize ServiceNow to track enhancements and incidents
  • Some off hour and weekend work may be required

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • The ideal candidate will have
    • 3+ Years of hands-on experience developing Workday integrations, including  EIBs, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio
    • 3+ Years of hands-on experience with the following Workday  modules: HCM core, U.S. Payroll, Canada Payroll, Absence, Talent, and Timekeeping
    • 3+ Years of experience developing Workday Reports (Advanced/Composite/Matrix/Birt)
    • 3+ Years of experience creating complex Calculated Fields
    • Advanced knowledge of XML, XSLT, and XPATH
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • 2+ years of experience as Integration Developer or consultant in integration development for Oracle, Infor, SAP, or similar applications
  • Experience with and understanding of Workday integration processes and Best Practices
  • Proficient with office productivity software, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with software development languages
  • Experience with EDI standards and protocols such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, and FTP
  • Boomi certification(s) is a plus.

Anywhere in the continental U.S. Must be available during the Eastern timezone
