Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR and Payroll Specialist. A positive approach and strong practical experience is a must as well as people's interpersonal skills. 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR processes and transactions, ideally in Workday
  • Highly developed communications, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labour law 
  • Keen attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Able to communicate fluently in English (a must).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks efficiently and prioritise workload within a matrixed team environment
  • Proven ability to work with confidential data
  • Ability to think analytically and effectively problem solve using creative solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change

Tasks: 

  • Payroll administration ( profile’s creating, update making, adding changes) 
  • Creating company policies 
  • Preparation of contracts of employment, B2B contracts, annexes to the contracts
  • Onboarding and offboarding for the employees  
  • Preparation of other employee documentation at the request of employees
  • Maintenance and archiving of personnel files
  • Management of personnel systems and ensuring correctness of data (Workday, HRnest, Enova)
  • Maintaining the employee portal (Welcome page/intranet, group on workplace)
  • Checking the validity of medical examinations and issuing referrals
  • Controlling the validity of health and safety training courses
  • Notification and de-registration from benefit programs
  • Keeping a register of IT equipment
  • Office management: sending courier shipments, ordering office supplies, coordinating cooperation with the building administrator
  • Managing telephone subscriptions
  • ZLA control of exemptions and their entry into the accounting system
  • Coordination of business trips for employees including booking of hotels, purchase of tickets etc

Additional Information

In 2021, Devoteam acquired assets in Cloud Managed Services to extend its
offering from designing and building to include operating Cloud environments.
After successful integration and winning more and more large customers in the
course of 2022, Devoteam wants to scale out the Cloud Managed Services
offerings to all the countries, and to all Cloud strategic partners (AWS, Google,
Microsoft). Starting with Microsoft, the organization will integrate in its service
portfolio AWS and Google services, to be able to deliver multicloud capabilities to
its customers.


In 2023, the countries will be accountable to deliver Sales Targets on Cloud
Managed Services while the Global Cloud Managed Service centers will deliver
these services remotely represented to the customer by Service Delivery
Managers.
