These terms cover use of Clasva, a job marketplace operated by SFB International Group LTD Company (United States of America). Using the site means you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use Clasva.

Who can use Clasva

You must be 18 or older. If you post on behalf of a company, you must be authorised to act for it. Give accurate information.

Accounts

Employers need an account to list a company and post jobs. Candidates do not need an account.
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must tell us about any unauthorised use.

Payment

Posting jobs requires a paid plan. Prices are shown on the site and may change.
Payment buys access to post for the stated service period. There is no long-term contract.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the current period early.
Payment is handled by a third-party provider. We do not store card details.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, including for unused time.

Job listings and company content

Employers are solely responsible for what they submit — its accuracy and its compliance with employment, anti-discrimination, and advertising law. Listings must not be misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful.

We may review, reject, return for changes, remove, or suspend any listing or account that does not meet our standards — before or after a listing goes live.

No guaranteed outcomes

Clasva is a marketplace — not a recruiter, and not an employer. We do not take part in hiring decisions, and we do not promise any number of applicants, hires, views, traffic, or results.

Acceptable use

Do not post fraudulent listings, share account access, use the site for anything unlawful, or interfere with how it runs.

Content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to display and distribute it as needed to run the service. Clasva’s name, branding, and site content belong to us — do not reuse them without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clasva is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from content posted by users, and is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of listings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending access

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@clasva.com. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will note material changes on the site or by email; continued use means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you agree to that venue.
