How It Works

Clasva fits into
your hiring process.
Not the other way around.

Clasva is the discovery and standards layer. You run your own hiring process — your application page, your interviews, your offer. We make sure the listing that brings candidates to you is honest, clear, and worth their time before they arrive.

No ATS. No middleman between candidate and employer after the click. Just a reviewed listing that sets the right expectations from the start.

You keep full control of your process

The Process

How it works —
for employers and candidates

Two parallel paths. Clasva handles the listing and the discovery. Everyone handles the rest themselves — exactly how it should be.

For Employers
From profile to live listing
1
Submit your company profile
Tell candidates who you are, how you work, and what makes your company worth their time. Profiles are free and reviewed before going live in the Companies directory.
Clasva reviews & approves
2
Choose a subscription plan
Pick the plan that matches your hiring rhythm — single role, sprint, or ongoing. No pressure to post until you have a real open role to fill.
Your decision
3
Submit a listing for review
Write the listing — role scope, honest salary, work arrangement, and your application link or careers page URL. Submit it for review.
Your listing
4
Listing is reviewed and published
We check it for clarity, honest compensation, real flexibility, and genuine hiring intent. If it meets the standard, it goes live. If not, we return it with specific feedback.

Candidates apply directly to you
Interested candidates click through to your own application page or careers site. Your process, your ATS, your timeline. Clasva is not in the middle of this — we've done our part.

For Candidates
From discovery to application
1
Browse reviewed listings
Every listing on Clasva has been checked before it reached you. Browse by role type, category, location, or work arrangement — filters here mean something.

2
Read the listing — salary is visible
Compensation is shown before you apply. Work arrangement, contract terms, rotation schedule, and role scope are all stated clearly. No guessing before you invest time.
Clasva standard — required on every listing
3
Click through to the employer
When you're ready to apply, you click through directly to the employer's own application page or careers site. Clasva sends you there — it doesn't manage your application.
Direct to employer
4
Apply on the employer's platform
The application happens entirely on the employer's side — their form, their ATS, their process. Clasva is not between you and the employer after this point.

The employer runs from here
Interviews, assessments, offers — all handled directly between you and the employer. The listing got you here with honest expectations. The rest is between you and them.

The Key Distinction

Clasva is the
discovery layer.
Not the ATS.

Most employers already have a hiring process — an ATS, a careers page, an interview structure. Clasva doesn't replace any of that. It sits in front of it.

When a candidate finds your listing on Clasva, reads it, and decides to apply — they click through to your own application page. From that moment, the process is entirely yours. Clasva is not collecting applications, not managing candidates, not sitting in the middle of your hiring pipeline.

What Clasva does is ensure the listing that brings candidates to your door is honest enough that the ones who arrive are genuinely interested — not just clicking to find out what the job actually pays.

"Better candidates arrive when the listing described the job accurately. Clasva's job is to make sure it does."
What Gets Reviewed

What we check
before a listing goes live

The review is not a bureaucratic hurdle. It is what makes the listing worth posting — and worth a candidate's time to read.

Honest role scope
The listing describes what the job actually is — not the most appealing version of it. Responsibilities and expectations are realistic.
Salary or rate shown
Compensation includes a real range with currency and pay type. "Competitive" or "DOE" alone is not accepted.
Remote evaluated accurately
If the role says remote, location restrictions and timezone requirements are labeled. Hybrid is not listed as fully remote.
Real hiring intent
The role is active and funded. No speculative postings, no pipeline farming, no "always looking for great people."
Verified employer
The company exists, is legitimate, and has been reviewed before their first listing. No anonymous postings.
