Clasva is a job marketplace operated by SFB International Group LTD Company (United States of America). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. What we collect

Nothing that identifies you if you are just searching. Browsing and viewing jobs needs no account. If that is all you do, we collect only the basic technical data below.
Employer accounts — name, email, password, company details, and a billing contact.
Job listings you submit — role, pay, requirements, and company information.
Messages you send us.
Newsletter — if you subscribe, we store your email address and your consent. Nothing else, and no third-party email provider.
Technical data, collected automatically — IP address, browser and operating system, the page that referred you, pages you view, and basic usage events, through our own server logs and Google Analytics.

Why we use it

To run the service — accounts, job listings, listing review, payments, and support; to keep the platform secure and working; to send service messages such as receipts and account or listing notices; to send the newsletter if you asked for it; and to meet legal obligations.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host the site, process payments, or help us operate — under confidentiality terms.
Authorities, where the law requires it.
A buyer or successor if the business is sold — with this policy still applying.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party PCI-compliant provider. We never see or store full card numbers. We keep basic transaction records — amount, date, and plan — for accounting and tax.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep employers signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic with Google Analytics. The Cookie Policy lists them. We do not use cookies to advertise to you or to build advertising profiles, and we run no third-party advertising or remarketing tags.

How long we keep data

Employer account and company data: while the account is open, then removed or anonymised — except records we must keep for billing, tax, fraud, or accounting reasons.
Job listings: while live, plus a short archival period.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Logs: a short rolling window.

Email support@clasva.com to ask us to delete your data. We will, unless the law requires us to keep specific records for billing, tax, fraud, or accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to stop a specific use. Email support@clasva.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use standard measures — encrypted transport, access controls, and secure storage.

No system is perfectly secure. Tell us at once if you think your account has been compromised.

Other sites

Links to employer sites and other third parties are outside this policy. Review their policies yourself before sharing personal information with them.

Changes

If we make a material change, we will post a notice and update the effective date. Continued use after that means you accept the updated policy.
