Questions about pricing
What counts as an active listing?
An active listing is a role that is currently live on the Clasva platform and visible to candidates. Your plan determines how many listings can be active at the same time. Once a role is filled or removed, that slot can be used to submit a new role.
Are listings reviewed before they go live?
Yes. Every listing is reviewed before publication, regardless of plan. We check for clarity, compensation transparency, genuine hiring intent, and realistic expectations. If a listing doesn't meet the standard, it is returned for revision before going live.
Can I replace a role once it's been filled?
Yes. When a role is filled or you choose to remove a listing, you can submit a new role to take that slot. Each new submission goes through the same review process before going live. Replacement listings do not automatically appear — they are reviewed first.
Does annual membership mean unlimited posting?
No. Annual plans set a cap on the number of approved roles across the membership year. For example, Occasional Hiring includes up to 12 approved roles per year. Annual does not mean unlimited — it means more roles at a better cost per listing, with the same review standard applied to each.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. If you start on a monthly plan and want to move to an annual membership, contact us directly at contact@clasva.com. We will help you transition to the right annual plan based on your hiring needs.
Do you help review listing quality before publishing?
Yes. Every submission goes through our review process, which checks for the non-negotiables: clear role scope, honest compensation, real hiring intent, and realistic expectations. If something is unclear or incomplete, we'll tell you — and the listing won't go live until it meets the standard. That review process protects both employers and candidates.
