Clasva will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
 

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clasva and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
 

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
 

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the City of Dallas, Texas.
 

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
 

9.Waiver

The failure of Clasva to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
 

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clasva and govern your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and Clasva.
