Sales Development Representative

Sociallyin is a 100% social media-focused and reputable Marketing and Advertising Agency. We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Birmingham, Alabama! This is a remote, entry-level position - no sales experience required. 

About you:

You understand and believe in how social media should play a vital role in the success of today's business.

You have the ability to ask good questions to discover the needs of a prospect.

You are a natural relationship builder and connector as well as a respectful, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification

• Be comfortable with contacting leads through multiple methods of communication

• Gain and utilize product knowledge to field inquiries

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets 

• Stay up-to-date on best practices and promotional trends

• Continuously improve through feedback 

What you’ll bring:

• A firm understanding of Social Media Marketing

• Experience using Hubspot is a big plus

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• A resilient and determined attitude

• An energetic, coachable, positive, team-player mindset
  

Starting Salary: $30,000
