Boundaries matter.
CLASVA is intentionally selective. This page exists to be clear about what we do not support — so expectations are aligned before anyone posts or applies.
Most hiring platforms try to be everything for everyone.
CLASVA doesn’t.
We believe clarity is created by saying no — to certain practices, incentives, and behaviors that waste time and create misalignment.
CLASVA is not built for mass applications or resume collection.
Candidates apply intentionally.
Employers review intentionally.
We don’t optimize for the number of listings or applicants.
Fewer, higher-quality roles produce better outcomes than thousands of low-signal posts.
CLASVA does not place candidates, negotiate offers, or operate on commission.
We are a curated hiring publication — not a staffing firm.
We don’t sell impressions, boosted visibility, or “employer branding” to compensate for unclear roles.
If a job isn’t ready, promotion won’t fix it.
Roles without clear or realistic pay expectations don’t belong on CLASVA.
“Competitive” without context is not transparency.
We don’t support:
– Roles labeled “urgent” without follow-through
– Endless interview loops
– Positions left open indefinitely
If a company isn’t ready to hire, the role doesn’t go live.
Processes that rely on unpaid work, excessive hoops, or vague next steps are not aligned with CLASVA.
Time deserves respect — on both sides.
On CLASVA:
– Every role is reviewed before publication
– Hiring intent must be real
– Pay, scope, and expectations must be clear
– Candidates engage with roles worth considering
CLASVA is built for employers who:
– Hire intentionally
– Value clarity over volume
– Respect candidates’ time
– Want better outcomes, not more noise
If a role can’t answer these questions, it doesn’t go live:
– Is this role clear?
– Is it honest?
– Is it worth someone’s time?
CLASVA is built around standards, not shortcuts.
