Consultant

Duties:

Perform mortgage reviews of funded retail mortgage to ensure that they are in proper compliance as it relates to TRID, Fair Lending, HUD, HACLA, FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Flood Insurance.  Ensure that all disclosures have been provided and properly acknowledged as it relates to Fair Lending and Fair Credit Reporting.

Experience:

Individuals must possess at least 5 years of comprehensive current compliance experience in accordance with FDIC, CFBP, Fanni Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines.  The individuals must be detail oriented with strong organizational and mortgage compliance reporting experience.
